What do you charge?

What does a typical engagement look like?

Engagements are tailored to the needs of each organization. I offer project-based pricing, hourly consulting, and monthly retainer partnerships depending on the scope and level of support required. Because I work primarily with small and growing nonprofits, I structure engagements to be both strategic and sustainable within nonprofit budgets. I’m happy to explore options together and identify an approach that fits your priorities and capacity.

Each engagement is tailored to the organization’s needs, but most partnerships begin with a conversation about priorities and capacity. From there, we identify a clear focus for the work—whether that’s campaign planning, donor strategy, board engagement, or strengthening development systems—and build a plan that fits your timeline and resources. Many organizations start with a short-term project and continue into ongoing support as their needs evolve.

What type of organizations do you typically work with?

Can you work with organizations that don’t have dedicated development staff?

I primarily partner with small to mid-sized nonprofits and organizations that are building or strengthening their fundraising programs. Many of the teams I work with are growing their development capacity, preparing for campaigns, expanding major gifts work, or looking for additional strategic support during times of transition. If you're not sure whether your organization is the right fit, I’m always happy to talk through your goals together.

Yes. I frequently work with organizations that are building their fundraising capacity and may not yet have a full-time development professional. In these cases, I partner closely with executive leadership and board members to create practical strategies that are manageable and sustainable.

Do you work with organizations remotely or in person?

How soon can we get started?

Most of my work is done remotely, which allows me to support organizations across the country efficiently and affordably. When helpful, I’m also available for select in-person planning sessions, retreats, or campaign support conversations.

Timing depends on current project commitments, but I’m always happy to schedule an initial conversation to learn more about your goals and talk through next steps. From there, we can identify a timeline that works well for your organization.
